 How Often Should I Use My Mask?

The benefits of LED lights are cumulative and we understand everyone has their own skincare routine. We recommend to use your mask 3-5 times a week for 20 minutes. If it’s your first time using our LED mask, we recommend starting with 2-3 times a week for the first week, then gradually build from there.

  Should I Use A Serum/Cream In Conjunction With My Mask?

Although it's not necessary, using the mask together with your favourite skin moisturizer or beauty mask can boost the effectiveness of your daily skin routine. We highly recommend using Hyaluronic Acid Serum under the mask for best results. The LED light allows for quicker absorption and deeper skin penetration of creams giving you quicker treatment and longer-lasting results.  

 How Long Will It Take Before I Start Seeing Results?

Depending on how frequently you use your mask, it could take up to 1 to 3 weeks for you to start noticing an improvement in your skin. Everyone reacts differently, depending on their age and the condition of their skin, a course of treatments offers corrective and long-lasting results.

 Is It Safe To Use?

Yes, our mask is safe it is non-invasive, painless, and 100% UV free and requires no downtime. 

Will The Light Hurt My Eyes?

Due to the unique surface design of our mask, it illuminates the light source evenly on your face avoiding the eye area which causes no harm to the eyes. To those with light-sensitivity, use your mask in a well-lit room and please use the mask with your eyes closed.

 Who should NOT use the LED Light Mask?
  • Do not use our mask if you are pregnant or nursing.
  • Do not use our mask if you have a history of seizures triggered by light.
  • Do not use our mask if you currently use Accutane for acne, this powerful drug can increase your skins sensitive to light.
  • Do not use our mask if you have a history of seizures triggered by light or epileptic.

  • Certain conditions and medications may also make you an unlikely candidate for LED therapy. If you have any concerns, we recommend you consult your GP before you using our mask. 
 How Do I Clean My Mask?

All products can be cleaned using an alcoholic or sanitising wipe. Additionally, you can simply use a cloth damp with hot water. Do not submerge under water. 


Where Do You Ship From?

Belle is proudly located in Sydney with all our products shipped directly from our Warehouse, here in NSW Australia.

 Do You Ship Internationally?

We sure do! Belle Skincare ships to most destinations around the world. Subject to country and Australia posts rates, shipping costs + additional duty taxes may vary.

 How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Our deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. The estimated deliver time frame for all Express orders within Australia is 1-3 business days.

 How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 1 business days unless stated otherwise). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

 Where Is My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email (this may be in your spam or junk folder). If you still cannot find it, please message or email and we will provide it.

 My Tracking Status Shows Nothing?

Not to worry, if your order just shipped please allow 1-2 days for results to show.

 I've Entered An Incorrect Address, What Do I Do Now?

If you find you've entered any errors with your order/delivery address, please contact us right away. We cannot make any changes once your order has been confirmed. The window of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it is small, so we can't guarantee we can make amendments to your order before it is processed.

 Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund.  Where Do I Enter My Discount Code?
