At Belle Skincare, we are confident that you will see some amazing results and will not need to return your purchase. However, returns are valid within 14 days of when the product is delivered if it has been unopened, unused and in the same condition it was received. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchange due to change of minds (hygienic reasons) unless the product is faulty or damaged.
In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged or defective product, kindly follow these instructions: .
1.Email email@example.com with a clear video along with photo(s) of the defect and a sentence about the defect. Our sales team will be more than happy to assist you in the matter
2. Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with, in its original packaging to the address given in our response.
3. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.
4. You have 21 days from the date ordered to process a return application. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
