Domestic Shipping

Complimentary Free Express Shipping will be provided on all orders to celebrate the Launch of Belle Skincare.

Orders placed before 3.30 PM AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day, unless stated otherwise. Any orders placed after 3.30 PM AEST will be dispatched the following business day, unless stated otherwise.

Express shipping time-frames will take 1-3 business days

Please note that Australia Post are experiencing some delivery delays due to COVID-19 pandemic.

International Shipping

All our orders will be shipped from Sydney, Australia.

The time-frames given above are provided by our Australia Post. Most products do reach within the time-frame stated. However, Belle Skincare is not responsible for any delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

Once your order has been received, please check that your product is not damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for more information.

Duty and Taxes

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. International orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. Thus, we advise you to check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. Belle Skincare is not responsible for any duties or tax applied to your order by the local authorities. 

In the event that you refuse to pay any tax & duties applied to your order, Australia Post will attempt to return your order back to us. If successful, a refund will be processed. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
